2.Training of 2nd Orthopaedic Surgeon at Makerere University: This costs Uganda Shillings 55,800,000=
3.Training of one plastic Surgeon= This will cost Uganda shillings 49,200,000.
4.Construct a clean Orthopaedic ward and theatre=This costs Uganda shillings 600 Million.
5. Installation of High speed Internet and local area network in the Hospital. This requires Uganda shillings 85 Million.
6.Humalyser for the lab. This costs Uganda shillings 30 million.
7. Theatre goggles Cost a few dollars a piece! Currently the doctors operate without any eye protection!
8. Portable pulse oximeters Cost around 500 USD
9. Portable patient monitors Cost at least 1000 USD
10. Oxygen concentrators Cost around 700 USD
11. Nebulisers We left one of these but they need the nebs (medicines) now.

13. CD4 Machine Would be very useful as the CD4 counts are a crucial piece of information in the treatment of patients with HIV/AIDS. However, these machines can cost up to 150,000 USD with the average entry level machine being 50,000. We have seen used machines for 15,000 to 25,000 dollars.
14. Resuscitation kits Cost unknown at this time.
15. Incubators Cost is 500 USD minimum basic model.
16. Vacuum extractors Cost is unknown at this time.
